Does JSF have as many standard components as ASP.NET Web Forms?
Updated: January 20, 2004

Currently, JSF has a few less standard components than Web Forms. JSF includes basic input and output components and a powerful editable DataGrid, but no additional standard components like ASP.NET's Calendar or AdRotator server controls have been announced. Vendors will certainly add their own batch of components on top of the standard JSF component set.
